There are 2 things to look at when there is a spend promo 1: Usually in the fine print it says “bundles are excluded”, there are currently seed bundles under promotions. So if that sentence is in the rules buying a bundle pack would not count towards the point threshold. 2: One promo per transaction. So for example you need to spend 20,000 points to get the seeds. But if you spent 40,000 in one transaction you would only get the seeds one time not two. However if you break it up into two transactions, each one qualifies and gets the seeds. Hope this helps, it can be confusing the first time you do a spend promo.

I once got 2 membership codes to use later. But all 4 seeds were included . I put them on my account and save memberships for other years.

Is there any way we could get a Deluxe Wednesday reminder in the game? I’ve probably remembered to pick up my free item three or four times total in the last year, despite checking here regularly and playing almost daily. I’ve missed all sorts of cute freebies, including the headband yesterday.

I agree netge, it doesn’t seem fair. Hopefully they will fix it soon or take it out. I also picked that as my pet of the month prize rachell2020

You need to have an account set up at the E-store, which I presume you do if you are a Deluxe member (if your code to make your Webkinz account a Deluxe account was activated thru someone else’s E-store account, that is a different scenario). On Wednesdays, once you sign in to your E-store account, you’ll be able to take advantage of whatever the special is for that Wednesday. Keep in mind that unless the item is free (like yesterday’s was), you’ll need e-store points. I hope this helps!

I’m wondering if the loss of Flash support has a lot to do with many of the items no longer working as they used to. I’m also hopeful that as we are able to fully move to the Desktop version we may be able to get some of these issues resolved.
