look at left where the categories are listed. Under Appreciation day and then Our gift to you. They are under that area.

Does your deluxe membership expire during November? If it does, you will not receive the deluxe gift box and Epoints until you renew your membership.

Has anyone else not received their November Monthly Deluxe Box and Ganz estore Points? I’ve filed a claim with Support 3 separate times and haven’t received a response at all. Even after I filed the claim, there wasn’t a message saying it had been sent either. Is that normal when filing a claim? I’m just confused and discouraged…
