I had the same problem so I wasn’t able to get the coat. :( I tried everything; using different browsers, rebooting my pc, logging out and in again. Nothing worked.

Tinygma, you can get more if you have more than one estore acct. My family has 3 and we send off the extras to other players. Sounds greedy but I wish we could get 2 . I for us and 1 for sending to someone who has no EStore account. Lots of folks and kids can’t get EStore
