I’m not a happy camper with Deluxe Wednesday being 1 day only. Yesterday I was unable to get into my eStore account to purchase the Signature Moose all because a message appeared “we have noticed you have not used this account for quite a while”…please contact Customer Service. Well I did just that & didn’t gain access to my account til today. Now I have missed out on purchasing the Moose :( Funny thing…I was in my account earlier that day.

I love the idea of the lil’ sweetheart pets, but why cows? You did lil’ spring calves just a couple years ago. For Valentine’s Day I would have preferred something a little more fanciful, and something you had never done before, like lil’ pegasi.

Agreed, netge, if they want to offer a deluxe extra (or anything else), why hide the announcement under “recent news” which guarantees that many people will miss it? I found it by complete accident while doing the treasure hunt. I do not scour this site every day looking for obscure announcements, I think that most players don’t. I wonder what percentage of Webkinz Deluxe members actually saw the announcement the day of the hat giveaway.
