i can’t get my free mix berry basket at ganz. it’s saying it’s out of stock ?

Anyone else having trouble clicking on the free berry a day thing? I go to the website I click on the link and it takes me to promotions not the berry basket it’s been doing this the last 2 days it’s weird.

thanks for the berries, i wish i got them on my auto renewel, from the delexe same pet, just they added the SEEDS again i dint get them, that was so nice, wish they would think of us in may we had auto renewel, and missed those seeds again, be nice to go with the chinchillia, just a few days away from my auto renewel, please send us free purple berries, i will never get those purple berry prizes, i have been on here along time to, and only got to pick a prize three times, so sad,

I got a basket later in the evening yesterday. All day it has been telling me a already got mine for today. Do I need to wait 24 hours?

The berries are not floating. I’m a Deluxe member. I got one berry all morning. I’m a loooong time Webkinz member so I know where berries float and where they don’t. Yesterday, I noticed that if I log out and log back on I would get a berry…. but not every time.
