I tried to login to estore and got the 504 gateway timeout, I figured maybe the store site traffic was high and that’s why the lag and time out but it’s after 10pm and I can’t even sign in. I had some Tuesday sale stuff in my cart that I’ll have to take out tomorrow if the site works again because the items will no longer be on sale. :( Are we going to get an update to this issue or are we just going to have to stop spending our money?

I have tried several times today to shop the BOGO wallpaper/floor even on Ganz Estore. I was finally able to purchase one that I wanted but had to fight through so many Gateway Time Outs. Also for the last few days I have not been able to load the estore. I have to go to google & type in Ganz Estore & then click on the LOGIN from that search. I wish the issue had been resolved before the BOGO ended. Perhaps another event in the near future once this issue is fixed.

Tried ordering wallpaper and flooring either 26th or 27th and after a few things were in my cart, the site froze. I thought maybe a lot of people were ordering, so decided to come back this evening and try again. The site is way worse. I barely get logged in, if I am lucky. I even tried switching browsers. I will try again later tonight. Don’t have a lot of time tomorrow to try again then.

Still having the ’504 gateway time-out’ message, when trying to purchase what’s in my cart. I’ve tried refreshing the browser, closing and reopening the browser, and powering my pc off and on again.

ganzestore not loading. Keeping getting the 504 time out message. seems I’m not the only one having this problem. Glad I got my wallpaper and flooring before this started happening. Although it take forever for things to get added to cart. Hopefully this issue will be fixed soon :(
