I really would have loved to get some of these lovely Wallpapers and floors, but I can’t get into the eStore! I go there almost every single day to check what specials they may be having. Since July 26, I haven’t been able to get on the eStore! I keep getting the message that says that I “haven’t been on there in awhile”. I was using the eStore when this message popped up!!!! I even had some wallpaper and flooring in my Cart! Have sent several emails to Customer Service, even sent screen shots of what I was seeing. I haven’t heard a peep from them. Nothing. Silence. So, looks like I will miss out on the BOGO wallpaper and floor this time. :-( I don’t understand why I haven’t heard from CS. It’s really frustrating.

While we wait, it would be helpful and kind if all of the items that are not currently working as designed would be pulled from the eStore and from prize pools. I have lots of “broken” stuff sitting collecting dust in my dock, waiting for the day they can be returned to their former glory.

I think that the goal is to readdress those issues once WW is back on a browser again. This will be such a nice gift to all of us who have stuck around for so long through all of the ups and downs. It will be like coming home again!

Every time I buy a new wallpaper, they don’t animate like they say they will, like the Carousel Horse wallpaper says the horses go up and down, but they don’t, and the Bubblegumasaurus wallpaper says animated with bubbles and it doesn’t even though I’ve written customer service they don’t fix them only take them back and give you credit. Guess that’s better than nothing but it’s disappointing when you look forward to fun animations and they don’t work!
