My Deluxe membership expired, but every time I tried to enter a previously purchased Deluxe membership code I would get a message that my account already was Deluxe. I had to email "ganzestorecs@ganz.com". This was their explanation and how they fixed it: "There was an older Deluxe membership still active on the backend, but we have gone ahead and turned this off.
