Hi there. I’m sorry you’re having so many issues. The best thing you can do is call them back during office hours, which are 9am-5pm EST, and keep trying until you speak to a person. They be late getting back to you due to a backlog of tickets.

I also had a question: these fan’s choice items have been coming out for quite a while now, and I’ve wondered which fans have been doing the choosing? Have there been polls or something, or is this a result of contest idea submissions? Or are these just ideas sent in by people through the “contact us” section in WW? Just interested since I’d love to know there’s an official place to send ideas where they’ll be listened to.

Genelle, i need your help! i’ve been trying to get a problem resolved with the eStore, but i can’t seem to get through to anybody. on aug. 15, i used some of my eStore points to buy the violet hamster. it was order # [redacted] which according to my order history is complete, but the code they gave me doesn’t work. i get an error message saying: “A transaction with this code was not completed and the code is now locked.” i tried it several times to make sure i wasn’t mis-typing it. Then i went onto the site and filled out their form to report problems. a couple of days later, i recieved a form email instructing me to check the FAQs. duh. i’d already searched all through that stuff. finally, i called the phone number to report problems, but there was a message saying all the operators were busy and i should leave my name, number, and a message with the issue and they would let me know. that was over a week ago and i haven’t heard anything. i’m very frustrated and i really need your help. please?
