I suppose it means they choose an item that was custom drawn by a fan that submitted their artwork in the Share Center, and they made an item inspired by it? I’m not really sure.

That dispenser looks really cool!! (no pun originally intended) I love the crystals on it! And that ice dress is really pretty!!! My Polar Bear Finlandia or my Ice Fawn Europa might like it. :)
