Thanks Sally! My webbies were sizing it up and wondering if they could eat it! @GoGanz24, Holly Hopper is in the park standing outside of the Cafe with a question mark above her head. Click on her and a container will appear next to her with a tulip bulb for you to collect. You also get a new in-game challenge icon on the left of your screen. I hope this helps anyone else who was looking for a floatie-clickie like me.
