Anything yet? I’m still unable to purchase points, and they only responded to emails (not in any rush either) saying it’s on my end and I’m the ONLY one with this problem – which it’s clearly not. No one seems to want to help. Phone says they can’t respond to a voice mail, so email them…but email is zero help. I gave my number and they don’t call me either. Customer service really needs to improve or they will lose long standing faithful customers like myself. It’s sad and disappointing.

I am extremely frustrated too, I commented on a few platforms and haven’t heard back. Was hoping it would resolve on its own but I went to purchase points and again it is not working ughh

Me too and it’s SO unfair because we are missing out on the black friday stuff!!! I wrote them and got a form email back with information that did absolutely NOTHING. I wrote again and got nothing. I have to say I’m kind of upset about it because of the timing. Have you been able to solve the issue yet?

Webkinz is always looking to sell things to make money, but the items that are on there like the white chocolate fountain don’t even work. That is wrong.
