I renewed my subscription which expires May21st. It didn’t generate my pet code but did generate a pet code for the Deluxe code I purchased for my friend. Guess I’ll wait and see what happens when my new year starts.

I tried, same message. It’s happened before and each time I have to send an email to customer support which doesn’t respond on weekends. Oh well, maybe I can participate in the next event.

Try using the “Forgot Password” option or can try signing up for a new one. It should tell you that you already have one and that might restart your old account. Hope this helps. Good Luck!
