Yes, I’ve had this happen, too! Unfortunately, the only way to unlock your eStore account is to contact the Ganz eStore customer support. When it happened to me I had just bought something, so it has nothing to do with how long it has been since the last log in (like the error message says). They told me it was a random glitch, so they are aware that this happens. They will also help you get the items you wanted to buy if they are not on sale anymore when your account finally gets fixed (at least that’s what they did for me). Since it’s the weekend, you may not get a hold of them until Monday (but still try to email them now just in case). Also, write down what you want to buy so you don’t forget. ;) Good luck!!
