Great idea! I don’t really care for the trading room anymore because it can be hard to find people who are fair when making trades, or who aren’t looking for extravagant/valuable items. I would love to have this feature to “donate” items that I have many of or simply would prefer something different. Something that others might not want or have a lot of could be just what another player is looking for and vice versa.

maidoforleans, brilliant idea! As for limits, it could be programmed for just one a day, and it could be in the clubhouse maybe? Maybe, if such programming were doable, a member would have to leave something to take something. Think about, Ganz!

My thoughts have a twist. Like donating to any charity we “donate” but maybe would receive “tax receipt” or “credit total” based on our contributions. Maybe with the option of selecting our donation choice ie. like the recent Saving Koala room, the environment or cash with options rotating/changing. It could run similar to the Heart Score – a feel good donation.

You probably already know, but monarch life cycle requires milkweed. You could attract them by encouraging milkweed plants.

I absolutely AGREE with maidoforleans…I have several rooms of ‘stuff’ that is duplicates I don’t need, can’t sell, and can’t trade. I’d gladly give it away in such a place…and maybe find something I don’t have and could use in return. Great idea…please, please consider it.
