Thanks, I will try, although it’s really exhausting and time-consuming to email them about every single tiny thing, especially something that should be So easy to be answered.. (And they don’t really bother to try and give quick responses: usually it takes 5-6 days, or more, to get a reply..) Also, I’m still a bit confused, since this pet was available in the Wshop, so I thought that I’d surely get an answer here.. :/ -Are you sure there’s no easier way to find out about this pet? (Any ideas and suggestions would be appreciated!) Thanks for the answer though!

You might have better luck contacting ganzestorecs@ganz.com for questions regarding Ganz eStore. They rotate out their content regularly — we don’t have their schedule and they don’t monitor these pages.

I’m a bit confused about this pet, or -to be more precise- the ‘availability’ of it… (I see that the last comment here was 2 years ago, which just adds to my confusion..:/ ) I’ve seen it a couple of days ago -first in the Wshop, I think -it was on sale and I really thought about purchasing it, since I find it absolutely adorable (and I found the sale price quite okay too)- then I checked it in the eStore (maybe a day later) and it was still there (still on sale, but only there and not in the Wshop -actually, I think, I couldn’t even find it in the Wshop anymore), but I didn’t purchase it, cause I had to think about it -but a bit later, when I checked it again, I couldn’t find it ANYWHERE -not in WK World, not in the Ganz eStore -simply Nowhere…! And that’s been so for the last couple of days: It’s literally like it’s just disappeared from the face of the Earth! I can’t emphasize my confusion about the whole thing enough: I’m actually at a point where I start to think that I just dreamt the whole thing, so I would really appreciate it if you could give me an explanation as to where this pet disappeared to, cause I really tried ‘accessing’ it in Every single way possible, but without Any success at all! Thank you in advance for your answer!

Yeah, I usually have a pair of sunglasses on my caterpillar for just that reason. It is creepy.

The caterpillar I have has the same problem. The eyes stay open when they are sleeping.
