Oh no! That’s terrible! Have you tried logging out and logging back and then checking again to see if the stored items are there? Have you tried removing the toxic barrels to your dock and then place it back in the room? Do you have a second account? If so, try mailing the barrels to your other account. If items are stored inside, you will get a message stating that items are still in the container. I’ve had similar glitches of items going temporarily missing – it’s a scary feeling. I hope your items reappear – if not, contact customer support. Good Luck!

OK I have the weirdest glitch yet to report: THE TOXIC BOG BARRELS are eating any clothing items I put in them. I got one from a mystery box and I put inside it: a hazard suit and the recycling t-shirt prize from the park, I found that sort of a fitting thing to place in there. I came back to the room after visiting another room and swapping out pets, and….what do you think? The items I stored in the toxic bog barrels were GONE!! I put another hazard suit in there to test it out and it happened again. If anyone received this prize from your mystery boxes beware. Must be the toxic chemicals lol But seriously, don’t put any important or irreplaceable items in there. I am very sorry I put the recycling t-shirt in now! Be careful!!

Thank you so much, did not know that apparently I was sleeping and did not get the dispenser … I just thought since Sophie handed it out in the clubhouse that there was a current dispenser for it.. No big deal not a real fan of Halloween anyhow
