Why are not all the Webkinz things in Mobile all mobile players can do is stay in there house and play at the arcade I would like more add to the game like desktop players but Webkinz classic is better then Webkinz next and would like to see mobile become like the desk top one

The code shop is only available on the Webkinz Classic desktop app, which is downloaded from http://www.webkinz.com and requires a computer running Windows or MacOS.

Your best bet is to copy and paste codes into the code shop to ensure there are no typos. It will ban you temporarily if you make too many mistakes because it thinks you're trying to guess codes.

I got banned from the code store just for using a code that was from the actual e-store.

Correct. To play the full version of Webkinz Classic, you must download the Desktop App. Browsers no longer support Flash, so you cannot play through a browser.

How do we access the desktop app? Do we have to download it? We can’t just log in using a typical browser on a desktop computer???

Unfortunately, you must use the Desktop App to access Webkinz. Browsers discontinued support for Flash Player, so you cannot play Webkinz through the browser anymore

I have not been able to log in to use the code shop manually on the internet is there a way to do it without the widows app? like can I do it on the website? p.s. I really miss the old webkinz I wish it never changed I’ve had and account since 2009 its sad to me that it has all changed to this I was hoping my daughter would be able to use my account when she got older like on a computer and no app needed but honestly I’m sad she won’t be able to experience it the way I did.
