I had this problem, too, and my mom had to call Ganz to figure it out. First, log into your Ganz eStore account. Then, go into the top right corner and click on “Manage Account”. Then, look for “Order History” and click on that. Find the button that says “Membership” and click on that. Scroll down until you see a picture of your Rosy Satin Guinea Pig. You’ll see your adoption code! They make it much harder than it needs to be, don’t they?

It’s much more work to make a plush pet than a virtual pet. Even though we might enjoy a plush pet more than a virtual pet, imagine how much longer it would take Ganz to make it!
