Hi Chessie_0519, the item removal system (when doors are added to a room) has been improved with the new mobile room engine. As tinygma has suggested, try visiting the same room using the mobile app and see if that fixes the problem.

PEACHES when placed in a room on Mobile they might not be in the same place on WEBKINZ . They tend to move but only a space away from where I had put them . I had to go to WEBKINZ to Mobile and back a few times to get them to stay in place.

Chessie I had a fence piece on WEBKINZ I could not get rid of but my pet could walk through it to the next room. When I went to that room on Mobile the fence could be removed to my dock. When I got back on WEBKINZ IT WAS IN MY DOCK AND NO PROBLEM ANY MORE. It was more anoying than anything. GL

Well, I guess the moderators didn’t allow my previous comment, so here it goes again! I had a backyard on webkinz.com, and it had “pointed picket fencing” on all sides of it, because there were no doors on those sides. I bought a room on one of those sides, forgetting that there was fencing on it. That was maybe around two months ago. I am still unable to remove the fence piece from the doorway, but I was able to remove all the others. My pets can walk through the fence piece, which seems like another bug/glitch. Please, ganz, please fix this bug in my webkinz.com backyard! Thank You! Keep up the great work! ~Chessie0519

PUG BOBBLEHEAD STANDS IN PLACE AND DOES NOT MOBE OR BOBBLE. SO THAT MEANS other BOBBLES might not work eigther.
