if you are still having the problem you should call Webkinz…I could not start playing because for a strange reason I was not getting my daily adoption certificates…..but they fixed it for me and I have started building….good luck

I can’t get a lot of the Christmas buildings to work in Webkinz. Anyone having the same problem or know what I need to do to get them to stay where I put them and not go back to storage?

Thanks for fixing WF with the adoption certificate. I was finally able to start this challenge. I hope no more “gliches” come up! Thanks to everyone in Webkinz World for making lots of fun for us and for all of your hard work. :-)
