If your Webkinz World account has changed and you wish to link your new Webkinz World account to your preexisting GanzWorld account, you can totally do so!  Please follow the steps below.

 

  1. Click on your user name in GanzWorld and Logout
  2. Click on Join (located at the top right side of your browser)
  3. Click on the Webkinz World logo, located at the left side of the drop down menu
  4. A login window will pop up on your screen asking for your User name and Password. Enter your Webkinz World user name and password that you wish to link
  5. A drop down menu will appear and will ask if “..You have a GanzWorld account?”
  6. Enter your GanzWorld username and password
  7. And vollia! Your GanzWorld account should now be linked

 

A friendly reminder, this process will override the Webkinz World account previously linked.
