I won that trophy a very long time ago! I was SO happy! If you have a problem with the games or webkinz at the most, Then all you need to do is restart the laptop, Computer, Or the ipad, Maybe a phone, Tablet. Basicly all the devices you use to play webkinz. I hope this helped. See ya!
