My phone shows only Gold, Light Blue, and Light Green oh and also Yellow. What happened to my other zones!?!

I had my mom sign me up for the KinzChat PLUS then i click *I agree to follow these rules* and then it doesnt load it just show a blank blue screen i really want to play but i cant if it doesnt load…How do i get it to work??:/
