i cant find gem hunt anywhere and that was one of my favorites…please bring it back!

We cannot find the gem hunt in both my son’s account and mine. We also cannot find magical forest, zumwhere, and the job area. I’ve tried everywhere to find a way to contact webkinz to ask about this, but cannot find any informaton to contact via email or phone. It always directs me to questions /issues with pre-posted questions and answers. What is up with this?

You can’t if it’s a gem or not just by looking at it; I feel that some of the ones that have two sparkles (the rocks, I mean) normally have a gem! The ones with one sparkle don’t have a gem. The dull ones are like a 50-50 chance!
