It doesnt seem like I am getting family score points for the last 2 days. This only occurs when i give the baby a rattle, teddy bear, etc.

Hey Sally Webkinz, wasn’t sure where else to ask this. One of the challenges, during the Halloween Season Event, is to “Get an A in a Hard Level at the Kinzville Academy”. I got an A+ today, in music, but it did NOT count towards the points to level up. Is there a glitch or did I do something wrong?

I have noticed the same thing with the hears being very empty if it is 24 hours or more in between long in time. What I do if I log in early and get it all done, I log in later in the day it seems to help. Good luck.

I got enough family score points to get the King’s Throne prize yesterday, but today I can’t find it in my inventory at all. I know I clicked the “Claim Prize” button when I saw I got it. Is this a glitch that can be fixed possibly?

Why are there no prizes after a score of 10,000? I wish we were awarded (a lot) kinzcash for each 1000 after the 10,000. I am so broke….

Wasn’t sure where to put this, but I’m currently having trouble logging in to my account on Webkinz Next. The loading screen stays stuck on the screen and the loading bar won’t fill. Earlier the game said there was a connection issue at the login page, but I’m able to log in from there. How long until this issue is fixed?
