Hi Fiona! When I first signed up for Webkinz World a few years back, I put a different name in the “Name” slot when you sign up. Now that Webkinz X has come out, all my pets are calling me that name. Is it possible to change the name I input years ago? – abbydogpal225

Oh, my! It’s very important that you’re happy with all of your account details when you sign up because you can’t change it afterwards. While Customer Service will sometimes make exceptions for pet and usernames (if they have inappropriate content or reveal identifying information), your name is set. Sorry about that!

Hi Fiona, Now that some of us have reached 1,000,000 family points, can you tell us what happens next? I’m still collecting points, but will they count for anything? I was very disappointed in the wee tiny trophy for the accomplishment. I thought it might sparkle or play a tune or something. I’m happy to have won it though. – Eilish

First of all, congratulations on your achievement! That’s a LOT of hard work you’ve put into taking care of your pets and I’m sure they really appreciate it. That said, when more people start hitting the higher milestones, we’ll be rolling out more levels and prizes… so definitely keep earning those Family Score points!

Dear Fiona, I’m so excited for Christmas even there is some time until it. If it’s not to soon, I would like to know if there will be another Christmas Theme Vote because I love new themes and a Christmas new one would be Awesome!!! – WebkinzLover2015

Oh yes, the Halloween Theme vote was great fun, wasn’t it? I think we’ll definitely see more of those in the future, but for this Christmas, we’ll be seeing a return of an existing theme… and some new items to go in it! Can’t say more– my beak is sealed!

Thanks for answering all the questions! I have a quick question, that perhaps others might be wondering as well. Mayor Cowbelle is nice and I like her. I know she is still recently new in her term, but will there be other elections in the future for Webkinz world? The last election was so much fun and I think it would be cool for another when the time comes to elect a new mayor. Thanks! – winterwarriorwolf

What a wonderful question! You’ll be happy to hear that Webkinz World is a democracy, which means that there will be future elections. And the best place to find out when, where and who? Webkinz Newz, of course!

Dear Fiona I was checking on my previous years Halloween rooms yesterday . I do not know if Webkinz is aware but The Horrorifing Halloween floor turned white? When you place it in your room the floor is white? Please check this out. Thanks – Natalie13

Many of the Watch & Win videos stopped working correctly on Webkinz Newz, so they’re going to be part of the Kinzville Movie Theater, which you can find by visiting the Kinzville Map in Webkinz World. First, thank you for the Days of Play prizes. I expect to get a lot of enjoyment out of them. Second, would you please make the Mazin’ Hamsters mall prizes available in another manner? Even with the workaround, I have not been able to get into MH through any browser since the game was removed early in error and then restored. It’s disappointing to have lost out on my last chances to play MH. I’d like to, at least, have more items from a game I really enjoyed and will miss. Thanks for considering! – Pat

Webkinz Is there any way to make is so pets can wear a belt while wearing a skirt? I find many times when a top and skirt would look great with a belt, but when I put on one, the skirt comes off. This isn’t a new issue, but a long time, frustrating issue. Thanks. – Ginny Rainbow

Hello my dear Ginny! Wearing a belt over a skirt would look lovely, wouldn’t it? For a long time, our wonderful Webkinz pets didn’t even have skirts or dresses — isn’t that awful? When we added skirts and dresses, one compromise we had to make was leaving the belt off. The belt overlaps a part needed by skirt and dress, so it can only be one or the other. But maybe you’ll see some cool belted skirts and dresses in the KinzStyle Outlet in the future!
