While many players enjoy collecting trophies by playing their favorite arcade games, many games in the Webkinz Arcade unfortunately were never designed to award one.

To help add a little more fun in playing some of these older games, we introduced limited-time “Arcade Trophy Challenges”, where you could win a trophy by completing a challenge. We’ve even expanded this idea to include a few of our fan-favorite Tournament Arena games!

Here’s a look at a gallery of these cool collector trophies together!

Some challenge trophies (like the Smoothie Moves Trophy) are now awarded as part of completing the updated mobile version of the same game.

If you haven’t yet collected them all, you never know when we might just decide to schedule another challenge! Otherwise—if you’re feeling lucky—you can try to find someone willing to trade for one of these challenging trophies in the Clubhouse!

There are so many different kinds of trophies you can collect in Webkinz World, but some can’t be collected by playing games. Sometimes trophies are given out as contest prizes, or as a reward for certain achievements—some are simply sold as part of a room theme!

Here’s a look at many of these special types of “Collector Trophies” all together in one gallery!

The good news is that since none of these are arcade trophies, there’s a chance you can still collect them if you’re lucky enough to find a collector willing to make a trade in the Clubhouse Trading Room!*

Dear Fiona, Does adopt a pet with pet medallions count as adopting a pet? Because my sister thought she would be able to unlock the adopt a pet option. Thanks, CuteSarahFriend

Thanks for your question, CuteSarahFriend! Adopting a Medallion pet does not have the same effect as adopting using an Adoption Code or through the W Shop. While Adopting a Medallion pet will get you many of the adoption gifts, it does not extend your Full Membership.

Hi, AddieClaire11! Let me see if I can help you here. When you click on Newz Blog, it shows you everything that’s posted, in all categories. So articles that are in the eStore category don’t necessarily show up on the front page, but it will show up here. The front page shows everything from our Announcements category, and Recent News shows you the rest of the Announcements that aren’t on the front page anymore.

Hey Fiona! I’m a member with a new account and I’m on the “Keep in Touch: Playtime with your pet’s friends!” and it asks me to play Checkers with a friend. I’ve played about 10 games of Checkers and nothing has happened! I’m really sick of Checkers now. Can I fix this? Thank you, Unicorngirl2000

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble, unicorngirl2000. By any chance, have you won any of those games of Checkers? That’s the key to passing that part of the challenge. If you have won a game, please contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com so they can take a look.

Lil Birdies

Spring is here, the Flower Collection Event is just around the corner, and the Lil Birdies are coming home to roost in Webkinz World. The Lil Birdies are with us all year in Ganz eStore, but in May you can spot them all around Webkinz in so many different ways – and that means so many ways to win cool spring prizes!

There are so many way to spot the Lil Birdies and so many prizes! You can find them flying around Webkinz World, Newz and the Mobile App, giving out prizes. You can find them in contests on Newz and the Share Center. You can look for them in Kinzville Park, hiding in Ganz eStore, the Kinzville Times and even in ads and on Podkinz!

To help you identify each Lil Bird, and where you can spot them, we’ve prepared a handy field guide! To print it off, click on each image and the select ‘print’ so you don’t miss a single Lil Bird-spotting all month! Be sure to check Webkinz Newz often for more details about each Lil Bird-spotting!

PLEASE NOTE: Certain birds will only be in certain places in Webkinz at certain times. NOT ALL EVENTS ARE FLOATY CLICKIES! Sometimes a bird appears as a contest prize – like in the Share Center Contest. Sometimes they are hiding on a page, or in ads. There are different ways to find each bird. Check Webkinz Newz for articles with the full details about each event as it appears. So… if you have not seen an article about a bird flying through Webkinz or hiding in a certain area, that is because that event has not happened yet. If you can’t find a bird flying around an area, that is because that event is not a Floaty Clicky. Remember to keep checking back for more info!

And remember – you can always spot Lil Birdies at Ganz eStore!

Welcome back to Sophie’s Favorites!

This time of year makes me reflect on all the good things. Gratitude for all the wonderful friends and family at Ganz and in Webkinz World is my main focus this month! I feel extra lucky to be able to write and share with you all on Webkinz Newz! Thank You all for taking the time to read my articles!

Now on to the good stuff!

1) Favorite New Mini Theme
This month I was super excited to start getting into the holiday spirit but then I saw the new eStore Fairykinz Meadow Mini Theme! Outside might feel like frosty fall but this new theme transports me to a Magical Meadow!! Psst… I hear that there is a new eStore Pet Coming Soon that is designed to fit in especially with this theme!

2) Bringing the Outside IN!
Have you seen the Fall Time Wallpaper and Flooring? You can bring all the color-changing crunchy leaves into your indoor room with this special extended Wall & Floor! Check out the eStore Room with a View section for lots of different options!

3) Outfit!
You all know by now that I love a new outfit so check out what I just picked up at the eStore! The Acorn Hat and Dress are the perfect pair to get me ready for my next night out…so nice of this new pet to model it for me ;)

Hoo-hoo Kinzville! It’s me, your mayor—Dr. Quincy Quack! I’m here again to tell you all about what’s new in Webkinz World today! Let get started, shall we?

• There’s something NEW for players just joining Webkinz! After creating an account, new players will visit an Adoption Center Clubhouse room, complete with Ms. Birdy! Along with a new tutorial, they will receive their choice from 1 of 3 themed rooms to help them get started! Also, the pet gift boxes will now be awarded once the player completes a simple pet request.

• Look for some NEW prizes the next time you take your pet for recess at the Kinzville Academy! You’ll find a new assortment with each activity, just waiting to be won! You might also find some fun new food items in your packed lunch afterwards! For more information, check out our earlier Webkinz Newz articles about the New Merry Go Round Prize, the New Buried Treasure Prizes, and the New Recess Food!

• A new Acorn Collection Event is coming to Webkinz World September 1^st and runs until September 30^th! Visit your map of Kinzville during those dates and click the acorn collection icon. You can then send daily requests to your friends for acorns! When you collect each milestone amount of acorns, you’ll win a prize! You can check out what you’ll win this year in our earlier Webkinz Newz sneak peek story!

• Catch the School Bus and win! From Friday, September 1^st to Friday, September 8^th, watch for the floating school bus! When you click on it you’ll win a random prize from some of our previous school giveaway events! And this floaty fun is just the beginning in September!

• A new Apple Picking event is coming soon! Watch for floating apples on Webkinz World and the Webkinz mobile app from Saturday, September 9^th until Saturday, September 16^th! When you click on one, you’ll receive a random apple-themed prize, including the chance for some NEW Apple Farmer outfits items!

• Speaking of thing floating in the fall, our latest Fall Fest event returns the week of Friday, September 22^nd until Saturday, September 30^th! Click on floating leaves to receive even more Apple Farm themed items! Keep watching Webkinz Newz for more information about this exciting upcoming event!

• Don’t forget that during Fall Fest you can visit the WShop or the Ganz eStore to pick up cases of Fall Fest Soda to feed your pet and win prizes! Once again, the prize pool of items will be unique from the floating Fall Fest prizes, but still feature items that will work together to make the ultimate Apple Farm!

• My next Meet the Mayor event runs from Monday, September 18^th to Sunday, September 24^th! Visit the Kinzville Park during that week and click on me, Dr. Quack, to receive a gift box containing a random special prize! Stay tuned here to Webkinz Newz for the official announcement!

• DELUXE MEMBERS: Your next Deluxe Monthly Challenge begins on September 1^st! When you complete all of the tasks, you’ll win a Classic Waitress Dress AND the ALL NEW Diner Dishwasher!

• At the start of each month, Deluxe Members receive a gift box containing some special prizes, including a unique piece of clothing that can’t be collected from anywhere else! The special piece of clothing in this September’s gift box is a Pop Princess outfit!

• We’ve updated the Dock to now sort all items within the tabs from A to Z! Use each tab to help filter down the item types, or see everything listed together in the AZ tab!

• If you love spinning wheels and winning, you’ll be excited to learn that we’ve once again updated the prizes on the Wheel of Wow for web and mobile, along with the Wheel of Deluxe!
