• The election to vote for the new Mayor of Kinzville is just around the corner! Visit the Kinzville Park until November 29^th to get a special daily campaign gift from the candidates. You can read their campaign platforms here on Webkinz Newz. Most importantly: visit Webkinz Newz on November 30^th to VOTE!

• U.S. Thanksgiving is tomorrow! Don’t forget to log in to your Webkinz account on the web (or using the Webkinz mobile app) to get your 2016 Thanksgiving Gift Basket! You’ll also get a spin on the Super Wheel tomorrow when you visit Today’s Activities!

• December is only a week away and so are our Christmas events in Webkinz World! You’ll be able to find Santakinz in the Clubhouse starting December 1^st. Have your pet hop up on his lap and tell him which gift you’d like to receive on Christmas Day! Not only will you get a free candy cane, you’ll also get a KinzPost with a cute photo of your pet on Santakinz’s knee!

• While you are in the Santakinz room, don’t forget to say hello to Ms. Birdy, starting December 14th! Each day she’ll have a new prize as she counts down to Christmas!

• Speaking of trophies, we’ve added some hardware to many of our latest arcade games! Now Dogbeard’s Gold, Hatch the Dragon, Jumbleberry Blast, and Ms. Cowoline’s Roll Call each have trophies to be won! And after our next mobile app update, you’ll be able to win these trophies, along with others that were previously only available on web!

• As many of you already know, we held an election for a new Mayor of Kinzville on November 30^th, and the citizens of Kinzville chose Dr. Quack! I’m so pleased to be handing over my duties to him starting in the New Year. I’m sure it will be a new era of continued prosperity for everyone!

• The Countdown to Christmas has begun! Visit Ms. Birdy in the Santakinz room at the Clubhouse each day (up to and including Christmas) for special holiday-themed prizes!

• While you’re visiting Ms. Birdy, don’t forget to make your Christmas Day gift wish! Have your pet tell Santakinz which gift you’d like to receive! Not only will you get a free candy cane, you’ll also get a KinzPost with cute photo of your pet on Santakinz’s knee!

• As I announced yesterday, I will be resigning as Mayor of Kinzville at the end of the year and so I have called an election for the citizens of Kinzville to choose a new mayor. Meet the candidates at the Kinzville Park from November 2^nd to 29^th, get a free gift, and learn more about each of their platforms! Most importantly: visit Webkinz Newz on November 30^th to vote!

• Introducing the NEW KinzPost! This improved section of Webkinz World will make sending & receiving notes, gifts and postcards even more amazing! Stay tuned to Webkinz Newz to learn more about this exciting new update!

• Love those party prizes! We’ve added 3 NEW prizes to party Loot Bags! Next time you open one, there’s a chance you might find a Blanche Plushy, some Shiny Party Balloons, or a Party Snow Globe inside! To make room, we’ve retired the Party Pop, Spring Jellybeans, and the Cotton Candy.

Hello my fellow citizens of Kinzville!

It has been my honor to serve as your mayor for the last two years. But I regret to inform you that I will be stepping down at the end of this year so that I can once again focus on school and being a regular citizen.

To that end, I am officially calling an election for the citizens of Kinzville so that they can choose a new mayor. Several candidates have already stepped forward, and I am excited to announce their candidacy.

During the month of November, each candidate will take turns appearing in the Kinzville Park to meet their fellow citizens and to distribute some fun campaign gifts to anyone who drops by. While each candidate visits the park, you’ll also be able to learn more about their platform here on Webkinz Newz.

Without any further ado, here are the candidates for the next Mayor of Kinzville, and when they will be appearing in the Kinzville Park:

• DR. QUACK: November 2 – 8

• DEX DANGEROUS: November 9 – 15

• AMANDA PANDA: November 16 – 22

• SALLEY CAT: November 23 – 29

MOST IMPORTANTLY: Visit Webkinz Newz on November 30^th to VOTE!

The election results will be announced on December 1^st.

Hi everyone, happy Halloween! Have you visited Webkinz World today? Well, here’s what’s happening!

Make sure you log in to Webkinz World or the Webkinz mobile app to receive your 2016 Halloween Treat Bag! It’s filled with some spooky sweet candy and a cool costume piece!

UPDATE: If you didn’t receive 2 different pieces of candy and a mask in your treat bag, please send an email with your account name to our Customer Support team at webkinzsupport@ganz.com and they will make sure it is corrected

Visit the haunted Reading Room at the Clubhouse to find the ghost and finish collecting candy for this year’s Trick-or-Treat event! The grand prize for collecting all 12 candies is some Freaky Forest Wallpaper!

Speaking of the Freaky Forest, don’t forget that the rest of the theme will be leaving the WShop after November 2^nd, so stock up soon!

Make sure you visit Today’s Activities for a spin on the Super Wheel! You’ll find a whole set of spooky prizes you can win for Halloween.

• Dogbeard’s Gold has arrived at the arcade for Deluxe Members! This amazing new action game will have you shivering (with excitement) in yer timbers! Jump Captain Dogbeard from island to island, collecting treasure along the way!

• Trick or treat from October 20^th – 31^st! Once again you’ll be able to collect candy from the Webkinz Ghost in the Clubhouse Reading Room! Once you collect all 12 pieces, you’ll win Freaky Forest Wallpaper!

• Also from October 20^th – 31^st, watch for the floating Jack O’Lantern! Click on it to receive a random cool costume piece your pet can wear for Halloween!

• Don’t forget to log in to Webkinz on October 31st (either on web or using the Webkinz app on mobile) to receive this year’s Halloween Treat Bag, filled with a special costume piece, along with some creepy candy!

• Make sure to visit Today’s Activities on Halloween to spin the Super Wheel! It’ll be filled with some spooky hard-to-get Halloween prizes!

• Fall Fest is returning to Webkinz World Sept 22 – 30! Once again watch for floating leaves to click and win prizes! This year includes some awesome apple farm themed prizes!

• If your pet is thirsting for more prizes, have them swing by the eStore or WShop to pick up packs of Fall Fest Soda! Feeding your pet Fall Fest Soda can win them a special set of apple farm themed prizes, unique from those won from the Fall Fest floaty!

• The 2016 Fall Clothing Line has arrived at the KinzStyle Outlet! It’s time to visit PJ Collie to see what cool new clothes she has in stock. To make room for these fabulous fall fashions, PJ Collie has also retired the 2016 Spring Clothing Line. If you have the Webkinz Mobile App, you’ll also be able to find these trendy threads in the Cool Clothing section of the mobile WShop.

• Also in the KinzStyle Outlet and the mobile app’s WShop, you’ll find some wicked new Halloween costumes for your pet to wear! Check out the NEW Knight’s Armor or Pink Cowgirl outfits, along with some returning favorites! Make sure to pick them up before Halloween is over!

• Speaking of costumes, EXCLUSIVE to the Mobile Zone, is the return of the Red Football Pro uniform! Originally part of the prizes from last year’s floaty event, this great gridiron outfit has touched down in the mobile WShop, but only until the end of October!

• There are some fun new challenges in Webkinz World, one for Deluxe Members and one for all players on Webkinz.com this Halloween! When you complete all of the tasks in the Halloween challenge, you’ll win some cool and creepy Haunted Hotel prizes! When Deluxe Members complete their October challenge, they’ll win a Haunted Piano!

• October is right around the corner, and so is the return of our popular Halloween Freaky Forest theme! We’ve added 2 NEW items and retired 1—stay tuned to Webkinz Newz for more details! Watch for this cool, creepy theme to appear in WShop (on both Webkinz.com and the Webkinz mobile app) starting October 1^st! But don’t take too long to decorate—the Freaky Forest theme will disappear again after Halloween!

• Looking for a little more fun this Halloween? Starting in October, you’ll be able to find the Halloween Party Packs back in the WShop! Also, with the arrival of fall, we’ve retired the Summer Fun and Beach Party Packs for the season!

• The Bake Sale is coming to the Kinzville Park! Visit the park each day from October 1 – 14 and click on the Bake Sale Stand. You’ll get a random Bake Sale treat that you can combine on a stove, sandwich maker or blender to create a cool prize! If you don’t already have one, remember to pick up a Bake Sale Cookbook from the Books section (Under Fun Stuff) of the WShop!

• Don’t forget to finish collecting your Acorns before the end of September! You can visit your Map of Kinzville and start collecting again, even after you’ve completed collecting all 50 acorns!

• If you love the ability on the Webkinz Mobile App to save a screenshot of your rooms without any buttons in the way, you’ll be excited to hear that we’ve added the feature to Webkinz.com as well! Now all of you wonderful Webkinz room designers can always get the full picture!

• Deluxe Members get a gift box every month filled with special prizes, including a piece of clothing you won’t find anywhere else! The prize in October’s deluxe gift box is a Wave Rider Wetsuit!

• Keep spinning those wheels! We’ve once again updated the prizes on the Wheel of Wow for web and mobile, along with the Wheel of Deluxe!

We’ve also fixed more features and items, including:

• Pets disappearing in room when dressed in the same clothes
• Missing Dock arrows on certain high resolution screens
• Pets on beds and chairs will no longer get off of items when performing actions
• Fixed ability to give out bonus KinzCash for events scheduled in Today’s Activities
• Fixed unlocking pet actions at the Kinzville Academy
• Various other minor maintenance fixes

• Pet actions have returned to the Dock! When you select the Pet Actions tab on your Dock, once again you’ll see all of the different actions that can be performed by your pet.

• Start apple picking TOMORROW! From September 1–9, look for floating apples in Webkinz World and click on them for prizes! Limited to 3 prizes per day, per account.

• Collect acorns again in September! Starting TOMORROW, you’ll once again be able to collect acorns from your friends to win some wonderful prizes!

• There’s a NEW Trophy Challenge coming on the weekend of September 2–4! Complete the challenge by playing Ms. Cowoline’s Roll Call in order to win a NEW Ms. Cowoline’s Roll Call Trophy!

• Collect Acorns again in September! Visit your Kinzville Map and click on the basket icon to collect Acorns. Collect all 50 to win the Grand Prize: A Fall Fair Snack Cart Fridge!

• There are new souvenirs at Sheldon’s Souvenir Shack! Now when Deluxe Members visit the Vacation Island, they can stop by Sheldon’s Souvenir Shack and see if he has any of these 3 new items in stock: a Tiki Candle, a Captain Dogbeard Poster, or a Recovered Coins Side Table! To make room on his shelves, Sheldon has retired the Sunshine Swimsuit Top and Bottom.

• Our Super School Giveaway continues! Log in to your Webkinz World account each day until September 9^th to receive some super school prizes!

• Meet me, Mayor Cowabelle, in the Kinzville Park from September 10^th to the 16^th! Each day I’ll be giving out a gift box containing a random prize!

• Our next Deluxe Day is on Saturday, September 17^th! Once again, Deluxe Members will be able to log in and visit the Today’s Activities in order to receive a special prize: a Chivalry Poster! If you’re not a Deluxe Member yet, there’s still time to join in on all the fun and prizes!

• Deluxe Members also get a gift box every month filled with special prizes, including a piece of clothing you won’t find anywhere else! This month’s clothing item is a Cycling Helmet!

• Keep spinning those wheels! We’ve also once again updated the prizes on the Wheel of Wow for web and mobile, along with the Wheel of Deluxe!

• To make room for some improved upcoming features, we’ve removed My Page. Now when you click My Page in your Things To Do menu, you will be taken your your My Options page instead. You will still be able to see and edit some of the things from your My Page on My Options, like your badge collection

• Atlantiles has arrived in the Webkinz mobile app Arcade! Check out this cool classic game that you can now play anywhere on the go! Trophy awarding for the mobile version is also coming very soon!
