I found the Aquatic Center Wallpaper and Flooring, which are items that can be sometimes found at Ganz eStore. Most items at Ganz eStore cycle in and out, so you’ll have to keep your eyes peeled, especially for Odd Holidays!

Thanks for your question, kinzklipfan. Since the Caring Valley is closed, you won’t be able to plant saplings in it, but you’ll still receive an Enchanted Sapling to customize for your pet’s room.

Hello Fiona! One of my favorite themes of all time is Winter Wonderland. It’s a beautiful theme and I’ve loved it since the days back when we had a dedicated Link’d Room using the theme. Since I’ve noticed a handful of W-Shop items seem to be taking unannounced vacations lately, do you know if the Chilly Lounging Chair, Frosted Ice Floor Lamp, Ice Cold Toy Box and Winter Wonderland Sofa are among them? – pikachu21

I had to go hunting for these ones, pikachu21, and it looks like those items aren’t on vacation — they’re officially retired! For a while, W Shop themes were being rotated out seasonally, and sometimes they got new items when they came back… and some didn’t come back. That appears to be the case for these four. Happy hunting in the trading room!

What happened to the Very Pretty Vanity of the Pretty in Pink Theme at the W Shop? It is the last item I need to complete this theme and it has been missing from the W Shop since at least early April, which is when I first purchased any items from this theme. I would really like to finish my pet’s theme. – Kelcy23

Thanks for your question, Kelcy23! The Pretty in Pink theme took a little unexpected vacation from the W Shop, but it’s back now. If you look for the Pretty in Pink theme, you’ll find the Very Pretty Vanity on the second page of the theme. Hope that helps!

Hello Fiona, I have a question regarding pet requests…more specifically the showers. When my pet requests a bath, I have tried to use the assorted showers for them to no success. I do get heart, energy and happiness points, but it does not count towards my pet’s request for a bath. Putting a bathtub in some of my shower rooms messes with the flow. Or, I have to go hunt for a bathing room. So, I am asking: Is this a quirk with the system, or do we need to specifically use bathtubs when pet’s request a bath? – Percaroma

Good question, Percaroma. When pet requests were first added, showers did not give you any Family Score boost at all. When a pet asks for a bath, you have to fulfill that request with a bath — a shower just won’t do. Though showers now give your pets a boost, they’re still different from a bath — otherwise you wouldn’t get a boost from giving your pet a bath and a shower in the same day. (Personally, I like to bathe, then shower — extra clean and double the Family Score!)

Dear Fiona, do you think there will be any new recipes made for farm fresh vegetables or the countryside vegetables? I’d really like to be able to make things like tossed salads or more types of sandwiches using those vegetables. There don’t seem to be many recipes that involve them. – ringneck1

Hi, memgamom12! There are a few Cream-colored and Tangerine items that were added as Webkinz Newz prizes many years ago — they go with the existing items in the W Shop. You might see them pop up in a Peek-A-Newz prize pool or in one of the Mystery Prizes you can get from Today’s Activities in Webkinz World.

Fiona, do certain games only award certain pet medallions? I know there are common, uncommon, and rare, but are certain common medallions only available on certain games? I can never seem to find the pig. – kinzklipfan

Any game that awards Medallions will award from the same prize pool — and that includes the Pig! The only pets you won’t find in the regular prize pools are the Kiwi and the Snowy Retriever. Hope that helps, kinzklipfan!

Dear Fiona, I recently became a deluxe member and finally have some estore points to spend. But, for some reason, I can only find my estore points at the W-Shop, and my estore account says that I have 0 estore points. Do I have to do something special to transfer points from my estore account from the W-Shop? I know my current accounts are synced because I bought my deluxe membership on my estore account. – starchic1010

Hi, starchic1010! When you signed up for Deluxe Membership, you would have set where your points are deposited. You could choose to send them to your Webkinz World account or keep them on your Ganz eStore account. You should be able to change where your future points are deposited — send an email to ganzestorecs@ganz.com for assistance.

Dear Fiona: I have loved all of the contests that have come out recently–designing themes, room items, pets, etc. It’s always thrilling to see players’ ideas turned into real things! My sister and I are big fans of dispensers, and just for fun, we started designing a few of our own. I think we came up with some really great ideas, and so I can imagine what fantastic ideas other players must have! Do you think it would be possible to have a few dispenser design contests in the future? (Design a new dispenser, design a candy tree, design a patio plant, etc.) I think it would be really fun to enter some of our ideas, and to see what other players have come up with! – pinkiecupcake

When collecting log in prizes, you have to make sure you quit the app completely before logging in to another account. If you forget, you’ll need to log in through the website to get your login gift. Thanks for the question, weeniesmom! Those are Clubhouse rooms that used to appear in the Clubhouse. The Runway Room let you show off your pets outfits and the Restaurant was somewhere you could go to pretend that you’re in a Restaurant, just like the School room. With any luck, you might see some of those rooms soon.

Right now, the only way to earn eStore points would be to get them as Helping Paws rewards. Otherwise, you have to purchase eStore points from Ganz eStore.

Hi, Fiona! I have a kinda silly question about the Wish Factory. I suppose that the maximum number of Wish Tokens the Wish Machine can hold is 999, since there are three numerical spaces–has anyone ever collected that many? And what would happen if someone tried to add a number 1000 Wish Token? Would there be a message that the Wish Machine is full? – ImaPepper

Totally not a silly question, ImaPepper! While the Wish Factory can only display 999 Wish Tokens, you can put more than that in it and it will keep track on our servers. Once you use up enough Wish Tokens to go below 999, it’ll show an accurate count again.

On the subject of Best Friend cupcakes, what are all the flavors of cupcakes, and why do the descriptions say “send one to a friend”? Wouldn’t trading flavors with a friend (e.g. trading a Best Strawberry for a Best Banana, then trying to combine the banana with the Friend Strawberry) cause the recipe to fail? - ArcanineEspeon

Thanks for your question, ArcanineEspeon! There are 8 different flavors of cupcakes: Banana Apple, Cherry Berry, Chilled Berry, Citrus, Grape Lime, Orange Blast, Sour Apple and Strawberry Apple! When these cupcakes were first given out, they weren’t part of a recipe — they were just something fun to share. So if you got a pair of Best Cherry Berry Cupcake and Friends Cherry Berry Cupcake, you could share one with a friend to show that you cared. Now that you can combine them with honey to make a cupcake for a room, you may want to keep the pairs to yourself and send the decorations to your friend!

Dear Fiona, I love shopping at the eStore! My favorite promotion is when you offer patio plants with purchases of eStore points. There are some that I would love to get, but they came out before I was a big eStore shopper. Do you think there could ever be a patio plant sale with your past plants, maybe for Deluxe Wednesday? That’s a pretty good idea, webkinz0704. I’ll be sure to pass the suggestion on! Right now, you still earn the KinzCash if you are able to play a mobile game that happens to the Game of the Day, but it’s also important to note that some of the mobile games are not the same as on the Desktop or web version. For example, Tile Towers and Smoothie Moves are technically different games, so they don’t earn bonus KinzCash even if those games are the Game of the Day on web.

You can use any stove to make the special Best Friend cupcakes! If you don’t have a stove, you can visit Daisy’s Diner and use her stove instead.

Hi, cat2f! Each Webkinz pet that you adopt will give you full membership for a year from the date of adoption and these do not stack. So if you adopt 2 pets on the same day, it’s still 1 year from that day. If you adopt one today and one tomorrow, it’ll be a year from tomorrow. Does that make sense?

Hello Fiona! I was wondering why wall items cannot be put into storage containers. It sure would help with storing so many of the wonderful items that have come out in so many years. – LeeLee

That’s a great question, LeeLee! Did you know fewer things used to go in storage? It’s true — coupons and coins are some of the most recent things that have been changed, and once upon a time there was no way to store your wallpaper and flooring either. Ganz eStore recently came out with a garage that stores certain cars, too! What I’m saying is that you’ve got a great idea, and I’ll be happy to pass it on.

Dear Fiona Feathers. Just to follow up on your response to the last question: If I buy a deluxe membership for someone else, does that person receive the code for the pet or do I? I should add that I meant for the recipient of my gift to receive the pet code as well. Please clarify. Thanks, Traveller

That’s an important question, Traveller, and the answer is that whoever buys the 1-year membership is the one that receives the Adoption Code for the special promotional pet. Whoever uses the code will receive the Super Deluxe item, though.

If it’s been more than a year since you last adopted a pet, your account would be considered a “free member” — these have quite a few restrictions on them. You’ll need to adopt a pet once a year to keep a full membership, or you can get a Deluxe membership if you do not wish to adopt more pets.

Hi Fiona! Why are some trophies sendable and some are not? It would be great if we could send them to other accounts. – Blaine 

Ooh, good one, Blaine! Most of the time, if you can only earn the trophy once, you can’t trade it or sell it. This is to keep it safe on your account! Trophies that you can earn more than once aren’t as restricted… but they’re also usually not as hard to earn.

If I buy one year of deluxe membership without having an eStore account I get the free pet too? I want to buy one year of deluxe membership, but I don’t want an eStore account. – behe123

Hi, behe123! The only way that you can have a Deluxe Membership without a Ganz eStore account is to have someone with a Ganz eStore account buy it for you. Since they are automatically renewed, you have to have a Ganz eStore account in order to keep your details up to date, choose where your points go and have an order history with a record of your free pet. Whoever purchases the one-year Deluxe Membership would receive the free pet in their order history. Hope this helps!
