I logged into my Webkinz account to day and I watched the video but did not receive my free Jumbleberry plays. Will these show up after the challenge is met?
When do you get the participation prize? I got the extra plays in the Magic Forest yesterday, but after watching the podcast today I didn’t get the extra plays in Jumbleberry Fields.

My family has 7 accounts and we experienced the same thing – no extra Jumbleberry turns. Something must have gone wrong?
How do you know what account the credit for watching the video goes if more than one account is under this login?
We don’t need to know who watched the video. If the community challenge is met, anyone can get the prize.
