I love being a big sister! My new baby brother is adorable! It’s really, really fun except when he cries. But when he does cry that’s okay too, because it just means that he needs something. Like a diaper change, or a feed, or he has gas and he needs to be burped. My mom taught me a trick when he needs to be burped. She showed me that you sit down and place him across your lap and then you stroke up his back. When his tummy presses against my lap, that makes him burp!
My dad always says that he likes to do it the old fashioned way and holds Reid up to his shoulder and pats him on the back. But the other morning, my dad was all ready to go to work and was wearing his best suit when he decided to burp Reid ‘the old fashioned way’, but when Reid finally did burp, he spit up all over the shoulder of my dad’s best suit! It was really gross!
I think I’ll stick to my mom’s way.

Reid is precious i have had three bundles of cuteness but now they are grown up and annoying!!!! sibling are a total blessing but watch out for spurts of “NO no no no NOOOOO” (terrible twos) : ) :-)
