It’s Sophie again. I’ve been on the trail of the new pet, and I found this Eucalyptus Tree Perch! Could this be the pet’s special item? It’s still warm – the pet must be close by.
Hmmm… more leaves. Let’s follow them!

I’ve been hearing about sightings of a new pet in Webkinz World. All I can find is this trail of eucalyptus leaves, but I’m not sure what they mean.

Don’t jump to conclusions peeps. “Perch” usually is used for a bird sitting on something, but I’m sure there are no birds that eat leaves. So we need more clues.
True, but if it was a bird perch it would probably look more like a branch or nest to perch in, not a seat.
maybe a bird….. but all my pets say, KOALA!!!!
Sorry to burst the “Spoil Alert” bubbles but, there are a few more animals besides Koalas’ out there that eat Eucalyptus leaves. I do say “few” because upon research it looks like these leaves are poisonous and not very nourishing. Anyway I degress from the original question, what is this animal? I think it is either a Wombat or a Great Glider. I believe it to be the latter, do to the cuteness of the animal. I don’t want to sound mean but the Wombat is just plain ugly and I don’t see Webkinz selling many of them. The Great Glider is cute and unexpected as a new pet, so I am placing my bets on it. Well that’s just my two cents worth. Happy Hunting!
I hope you’re right, a Great Glider would be a really cool (& cute) pet.
For sure 1Emerald1, I think it would make an awesome pet! I found out that the Greater Glider comes in either a brown fur or a grey fur. Either would look great. Also this marsupial is nocturnal, maybe the reason for being so difficult to find. Maybe we’ll find out tonight!!! (Hint, Hint) Ha, Ha, only if!!! Here’s hoping.
However, on the sneak peak pictures from earlier, there was something large and black next to the eye. It looked like a koala nose.
