Sally, I’ve sent 2 Hunters moon windows to Classic and I can’t find them in my dock under objects, wall decorations. I did get the message in classic that they were sent to me. Any ideas where to find them? Thanks!
It’s named something different in Classic — look for it as “Teen Wolf Window” in Wall Decorations

This theme is gorgeous: bed, window, wallpaper, everything! Hopefully, one day it will be available for Classic only players too!
I wish there were some new Halloween doors. I only have a few from the Glampire Theme. The regular doors take away from the overall look of the Halloween room. Bring back the Glampire Theme, please.
I agree with you about the regular doors not looking right with this theme. They added a fireplace and an organ to the glampire theme the second year so maybe they’re reading our suggestions and will give us a spooky door to match the werewolf theme!
A moon shaped lamp would be nice too. Maybe a table one and a standing one to go next to the desk!

If you can design with the Werewolf theme in both games, why aren’t both available for Kinzcash purchase in BOTH games???
I agree, I’m not a huge fan of Next’s graphics and don’t want to be forced to play both versions of Webkinz in order to enjoy all Halloween themes and other fun events.
I dont think that its the end of the world to create a free Next account and spend 10 minutes buying a cool theme. Regardless, your not being forced to do anything.

So, Next players can have both Halloween themes on their Classic account, but we who have been loyal Classic players for over 15 years can only get one theme??? Isn’t that a great way to reward those of us who have bought all your plush pets every month for all those years?
Nothing is stopping you from creating a free Next account.
Sally, what do we do if we cannot get into webkinz next. I have emailed about it showing a screen shot of what I get with no response, I have tried and tried again downloading it onto my PC and I cannot get it. If you could please help me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
Best bet is to try a different internet connection if you have access to one.
If it’s not a internet problem then it’s a Store problem like Google Play Store or Apple Store contact them first before internet
The graphics are keeping me from creating a Next account. I don’t like them and, fortunately, there isn’t anything on Next that I’ve seen so far that I would even want on my Classic account.
That’s fair. Not every feature will appeal to everyone.
On the contrary. As a loyal Ganz customer for 17 years and someone who plays both Classic and Next, I can confirm it is Classic players who can get both the Spoooky Campground theme AND the Werewolf theme, not the other way around. Next only gets the Werewolf theme.

I agree webkinzwizard. I am wondering if loyal Classic players don’t see all the updated and new stuff they get each month? Sure isn’t like that in Next, at least not yet lol. I think it’s worth the effort to open a next account to see for themselves.
dude classic had one halloween theme every year before next came out so why does it matter. it’s a great way to reward people who put money into both games even tho sending the theme is free and you can just quit after sending it if you don’t wanna use next.
It does not let you send the wallpaper or flooring to Classic, but above it states that you can send the entire theme. Will this be fixed?

I bought the wallpaper and flooring in Next, hoping that I could send them back to my classic account. Unfortunately, it says it’s not sendable. Very disappointed :{
Hi @shortordercook! Thankfully the Ganz team has seen all of our comments, and are now working on the situation, as per Mandy Webkinz in a different article. Now we just need to wait, and I am sure that they will let us know when it is fixed.
