Ganz is proud to announce that starting on January 19th, 2011, Webkinz World accounts will no longer expire.
That’s right, from January 19th on, when your Full Membership ends, you will be able to continue to play with all of your pets, items and rooms! While some features will be limited to Full and Deluxe Members, you’ll be able to enjoy your favorite arcade games and daily activities and use many of the great features that Webkinz has to offer.
Better yet, we’re making this change to accounts past and present! Any account that has expired in the past year will be opened again! Know someone who hasn’t played in a while? Let them know that on January 19th they’ll be able to log in! All of their pets will be there waiting for them!
We have lots of great improvements and surprises in store for 2011 so there’s never been a better time to “Come In and Play!”
hey, um, can i still get one of those welcome back codes? My friends acount just exspired, so, i would like to get one of those thingys….
This is AWESOME!!!!!!! Now I don’t have to be so worried that if I don’t get a Webkinz pet soon my account will expire.

I miss my pets. Bella and Rachael. I can’t remember my panda’s name. I don’t know when my account expired. I have wanted to come back, but haven’t been able to. I hope I will still have an account and be able to play with them again. I was trying to get a welcome back code.

IF WEBKINZ MAKES YOUR EXPIRED ACCOUNT COME TO LIFE AGAIN, AND YOU ADOPT A PET ON IT, WILL THAT BE COUNTED AS A FULL MEMBERSHIP OR NOT? BECAUSE IF YOU ADOPT A PET ON IT, IT LASTS A YEAR LONGER EVEN THOUGH IT DOESN’T EXPIRE, SO THAT SHOULD BE COUNTED AS FULL. AND BY THE WAY, IT IS SO UNFAIR THAT SOME FEATURES WILL BE LIMITED JUST TO DELUXE AND FULL MEMBERS!
WHAT ARE THE FEATURES LIMITED TO FULL AND DELUXE MEMBERS? AND WHAT IS FULL MEMBERS? IS THAT WHEN YOU KEEP ADOPTING WEBKINZ EVEN THOUGH THE ACCOUNTS DON’T EXPIRE? I TOTALLY AGREE WITH TOBY AND YOU SHOULD REALLY LET US COMBINE OUR EXPIRED ACCOUNT THAT WILL COME BACK WITH OUR ACCOUNT WE HAD TO MAKE BECAUSE THE OTHER EXPIRED. OH, AND THERE HAS TO BE A CATCH.
If you keep adopting more webkinz when it was set to expire, even though they don’t expire anymore, will that be counted as a full membership? P.S I totally agree with Toby. And Ganz you should let us combine our expired account with our current account that we are playing on so we don’t have to go log out, log in, log out, log in, back and forth to do stuff!
Ganz always retires the new webkinz and keeps the classics. :.(
