I agree. Regular membership should have it’s benefits too!!!!! And I escpecially dislike deluxe-only games – we regular webkinzers never get to play them! It’s not fair!!!!!! And all the cool items and free estore points – why can’t we get them too? I don’t like the estore anyway. I wouldn’t even get any webkinz if it wasn’t for the plushes, so why spend my money on virtual items. No offense to people who do like the estore, though, and certainly no offense to people who are deluxe!!!! Deluxe membership and estore are cool, I just wish that deluxe didn’t cost quite so much……… :) ;)

my mom would never #1 let me have one of her credit cards until i move to colege then she gives us a credit card for emergensys #2 will never never nerve pay my phone bill (when i get a phone which is i might get one when i’m 13 #3 not very often she buys me things with her money but when she dose it is eather some cheap-o thing or it is for b-days and cristmass and things like that.
I had the same problem, but now there are gift cards you can get at FYE or Gamestop. That is how you can get the estore stuff for the deluxe ask your mom for it at christmas or birthday, do not worry they will get it for you that is how I got mine after I waited almost a year. Good luck

It isn’t really unfair. I am not deluxe just f.y.i.. Webkinz has to make money for all its workers and for profit of the owner too. They put these things out there so you think “Oh, deluxe has all these awesome prizes, MOM DAD CAN I BUY DELUXE”. They need this money for the webkinz company workers. I know some parents won’t budge (including mine), but they are the parents that are getting you ready for life. When you get older, you will look back and say “I’m glad I didn’t waste my money on something online that isn’t even real”. By then you will have to pay for real food and mortgage on a house or rent for apartment. You’ll think “If I had spent some of this money for Webkinz, could I support my family, myself?” As a famous person used to say “Don’t sacrifice what you want in the long run for simple temptations right now.” It might seem like you need this right now, but if you have these things from deluxe, you might become a computer addict and give up your future just to sit in front of a computer all day, a little drastic I know :), it might not be as bad as that but maybe when you become an adult you will still be hooked on webkinz because of your deluxe membership and keep wasting all the money you need for food and you house on the online world.

Hey guys im not trying to be rude but you guys should be happy with what you have. Parents have reasons if they don’t buy you what you want unless its a special occasion. Sometimes they say you have to buy it with your own money so they can teach you about money smarts. So be happy with what you have.
Lovehatehero7, I think yhe estore prepaid cards are going to be easier to find soon. This morning I was at my local Gamestop and they had them. Try a gamestop near you to see if they have them or will be getting them soon.

my mom said she saved up all her money and never spent it now she wishes she spent her money and had a good time with it so she tells me to have a good time with my money and don’t be scaird to spend it. and anyway acuple 100 bucks wont bring you far when you grow up and raise a family. well my sister is hounding me for the computer so TTYL!

I admit, I’ve spent WAY too much money on WW. My son and I opened our accounts in Year 2. He lost interest but I check in here and there. I’d hate to see all the stuff I collected/bought go to waste- I’ve amassed quite a little empire. The rares, PSIs, etc can all be given to people but the eStore items can’t. So I just keep the accounts active.

i have to a agree with tuffyrocks on this one…..i mean if you think about it you can save that money for another webkinz that’s new or a newer one that you wanted for a while OR save it for later life….my opinion
most people have a hobby and spending money to do things in the month. Some like to see a movie, or go out to eat. Some have collections. Some play webkinz. For those of us who enjoy it, Deluxe isn’t a waste, it’s just our fun hobby. But of course being responsible and making sure everything else is paid for has to come first. It’s a balancing act!

listen up: i found the e store solution that is easy for ganz and people can still get e store without shutting it down.every 15th of every month there is a big poll,right here at webkinz news, and everyone can join in. all the pets are there to pick from(all the e store pets) and you type in account info to ensure you do not vote twice,choose a pet and click vote. it is easy.at the end of the day,ganz announces which pet won and that lucky e store pet is added to next months plan.it is fair for ganz cause only one e store pet is being made a plush,instead of shutting it down and making all the pets plush at one time.and the players have that choice too.if you do not use plushes you get e store.if you are a plush only person you get plush ( the plush you have always wanted.) if you are in between get your choice.please,ganz i think this would solve the rioting against e store and settle webkinz news down for all eternity!
