You were suppose to add the Soda to your cart. It does not automatically just give it to you.
I have had some problems with estore in the past and they are always very helpful! 1st go to your estore accoount, order history and see if the purchase is there. If so, you will find the codes that you can enter in the code shop, If the codes don’t work, then call estore support @1-888-818-8770. They will not automatically give you anything, so be prepared to share some info with them so they can check the codes and your account. If everything is as it should be, they will put the missing items in your dock,
The code you have listed for a FREE 2017 Fall Fest Soda 6 Pack in the e-Store is for the wrong year – 2016 items.
