Thank you for your feedback!
We’ve made some changes to gardening in Webkinz Next and we want to thank you for all your feedback. We have more plans to improve gardening and we appreciate hearing from you as we work to create a great experience in Webkinz Next.
If you haven’t started your garden yet, you can purchase your first Growing Gardens plants in the “Food” section of the WShop.
You can also visit the Farmer’s Market on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays for a chance to purchase crops at reduced prices.
Where do YOU typically purchase seedlings? The WShop, the Farmer’s Market or both?

I usually buy my seeds from the Farmer’s Market. I keep forgetting that there are some available in the WShop.
I have tons of plants and love the change.
Hi Sally, I would really appreciate it if you could reconsider the way we are notified that our plant is depleted. This new view of the soil is easy to miss and therefore too hard to see which crop has to be replanted. Hope someone can rethink this. Thank you
My farms look awful since the update. Spotted growth, bare spaces, and harvesting is a nightmare due to the delays/pauses when selecting. Takes forever now. You’ve truly ruined farming in Next.
I buy crops from both and always keep my garden plot chuck full. I NEVER sell crops to WShop, only at the Farmer’s Market. I don’t mind having to water my crops but I don’t have extensive crops to care over. I do enough to keep me a constant cash flow coming in, though.
I buy from both I buy the items from the farmers market that I can not buy in the wshop so I can have a variety of plants to plant
I use both WShop and Farmers Market. I would like to add that it would be nice if every now and then we can purchase 4 seeds at the market. Maybe we can earn that extra purchase. All in all Thank you for making it fun in Classic and Next.
farmers market
farmers market, love watering, would also enjoy weeding. when can we see a second plot?
I purchase seedlings from both the WShop and Farmer Will. I have a pumpkin patch, onion patch and grove of potted fruits from the WShop. I plant the Farmer’s Plot with the seedlings that I get from the Farmer’s Market. I plant more of those seeds that I have less fruits of in my inventory in hopes that I will get multiples and have enough of any one fruit to sell to Farmer Will whenever he asks for it. I don’t think I’ve gotten multiples or competition crops in a while. I try to keep an inventory of 3 of each seedling sold at the Farmer’s Market so I am always ready to replenish the crops whenever they become exhausted. When Farmer Will doesn’t rotate the stock of seedlings that he offers, this can become extra challenging. Sometimes my garden will have blank spaces as I wait for more stock to become available. Now that we are watering our plants, my farm is growing unevenly. I had a question about timing: do the watering cans appear once per calendar day, or once every 24 hours? I can’t always play at the same time every day, so I was wondering how much this was going to affect the growing cycle. Thank you for listening to the comments and suggestions of the players, and thank you for continuing to work to keep the game challenging, fresh, and exciting.
I think it is random. I have watered my plants 2 times in one day. So i do not think there is a certain time they need to be watered.
