Christmas Cabin Concept Drawings

Our talented artists have been hard at work and I am pleased to present the first set of concept drawings for the Christmas Cabin room theme. This theme will be released in the W-Shop, for KinzCash, on December 1st.

Here’s a look at the original concept drawing players could vote for when we first announced that we would be releasing a new holiday room theme. I really like the classic Christmas pattern that is featured on the pillows:

Now here’s a first look at the concept drawing for the bed that will be included in this theme. It’s actually a bunk bed which is great! 2 pets will be able to sleep on the bed, but they’ll have to share the teddy bear:

The fireplace is decorated for Christmas. The green colors of the garland will work well with the rustic wood featured on some of the other pieces:

I really like the window that will be included in this theme. The garland is a nice touch. You’ll be able to see snow falling outside which will really help to create a cozy atmosphere for your pets:

Finally, here’s a look at the elegant dining table. The tablecloth is beautiful and I think this will look great in a variety of rooms, not only ones that are themed for Christmas:

What do you think of this theme so far? Do you have feedback for our artists before we start modeling the final items in 3D? Do you have name suggestions for each piece? Please feel free to leave your comments and feedback in the comment section below, and stay tuned for more concept drawings coming soon!

A christmas tree with natural decorations like ornaments made of pinecones, twigs, leaves, bark, feathers, flowers, red berries, bows, holly, mistletoe, etc. A garland made of acorns, small candles attached to the branches & a star on the top made of pinecones or a homemade metal star with a candle inside. Other decorations in the house could be made of the same materials. I like the green sheet color that is on the lower bunk. I will probably have more ideas later. ;) Pittiesrule

Please leave the layered files of your final pieces saved in a way that will allow you to recolor, undecorate, and re-release for everyday use! I like the Christmas themes, but would rather have a general use set. This window would look great without the garland, and plain fireplaces are always welcome. Christmas comes but once a year, but Webkinz live in our houses year ’round! I love all the recolored pieces that have been released over the years. This would be a good set for that.

This. Looks. FANTASTIC! (although I have to admit I don’t like the way the chair or the bed looks, but it’s only in concept stage right now). Too bad the fireplace doesn’t have a plate of cookies that disappear after Christmas Eve lol.

Love these! I still think a little antler plaque would be cute, it would be paper-mache of course! (borrowed from the crafty Christmas theme ;))

BED is there any chance to let us add a TOY PLUSH to the bottom of a BED ??

FIREPLACE – STOCKINGS should be tipped DOWN at the toe so it looks more NATURAL ;)

Table COULD YOU make it so food can be at BOTH ends and us be able to place FLOWERS or something in the CENTER of the table like the candle from the CHRISTMAS Ms Birdy visits. So 3 items to be placed is what I am saying

These look beautiful! You wouldn’t believe how many times you design something and I say to myself that I wish you could create a REAL version of the item. Sometimes it’s beautiful furniture, sometimes it’s decor for a holiday, sometimes it’s an outfit. You all are AMAZING at designing!!! I love these items, the northwoods look and feel. The fireplace will just automatically transform the room into a warm, cozy, relaxing place, while the wintry winds blow outside. The stockings over the fireplace are just adorable! The chair definitely resembles an Adirondack chair, just not quite as angled. I love that the snow will be falling outside the window, great effect! The table runner is beautiful. It has that rustic, northwoods lodge look to it and almost a nordic style pattern. So pretty! Can’t wait to see what else will go with this set. Perhaps a big floor rug, snowshoes for the wall, a Christmas tree decorated with things of nature … pinecones, cranberry and popcorn strings. Anyway, good job as always! Thank you for sharing your talent in such a fun way for us Webkinz fans!!
