Last week I showed off the first half of the Christmas Cabin room theme and today, I am excited to reveal the final 4 items that will be included in this theme.
I am very happy with the way these items turned out. Our artists did an amazing job designing them, as usual.
Take a look at the Christmas Cabin window. The scene outside will change based on where you position it on the wall. We have done this with a few windows in the past and it has really added a special touch to room designs:
I love the detail that’s featured on the tablecloth that is draped over this dining table. The beautiful wood grain is also a nice touch:
Here’s a look at the dining chair that is made to match the dining table. I think that this chair will look great in a variety of room designs:
Finally, here’s a look at the kitchen counter that has been decorated for Christmas. When you click on this item, the sink will fill with water. Clicking it a second time will empty the sink. It’s a fun little touch to a beautifully designed item:
The Christmas Cabin room theme will be released in the W-Shop, for KinzCash, on December 1st. Do you have a favorite item that’s included in the theme? Let us know by leaving a comment in the section below…
I still agree with the person who said the white leg on the corner looks strange when you showed the original design ideas. It ought to be brown to match the rest of the unit. An inset white sink looks ok, but not this. As someone who has designed and had installed a couple of real kitchens and several bathrooms in my own home, I wouldn’t design that.
Please don’t be too harsh on the design of the Hoosier cabinet with sink. As I mentioned at the time of the concept drawing, this was the thing to have “back in the day” of our grandparents. My grandmother did all of her home baking at this prep station. The design is the precursor of the built-in sinks you see today. Grandmother would sweep the crumbs and such directly into the sink. Her cabinet, as I remember it, had a flour bin built directly in. Quite the convenience! They don’t make things as they used to. This entire room design should take you back to a time gone by. Personally, I love it.
Kudos to the creative team! These are fantastic!
Wow!!!!! This theme is beautiful! Thank you to the super-talented designers at Ganz! You have done a great job. I can’t wait to start designing a room for my pets!
I really like these items. The sink has too much garland to be used outside a Christmas room, but I like its unique design.
I am so glad that this looks way better than the concept drawing! I had my misgivings about the Hoosier Cabinet, but now seeing the finished concept, I think this will give that room an almost Waltons like quality, hearkening back to a more traditional time. I do still like the Bunkbeds. Beds are always my favorite and bunkbeds ‘doubly’ so. When I was growing up my sister and I had a wooden bunk bed. Many Christmas Eve’s were spent whispering and giggling while we tried to stay awake, waiting for Santa to arrive. We never caught him.
I like the items so far, though the window is too box in a box looking. Pittiesrule
So far my absolute favorite item is the fireplace! I’m also fond of the sink. I love windows that show snowy scenes… hope this is a big one. Beautiful work Webkinz Design team. Thank you!
I like it. I hope we can buy it with Kinzcash. The kitchen counter is so cute. I would be hard to really have one which is that decorated and still be able to use it. -)
It’s like a crafty theme as well as the cabin theme. Very nice. Love this sink. I hope the stuff isn’t in the ten thousand KinzCash dollar range, but reasonably priced.
When they released that Garden Oasis theme they also increased the Coupon machine dailies. I’ve collected quite a few and if it comes in at a higher amount, I’ll just use coupons to buy the items. The only problem is that we aren’t able to use the coupons in mobile.
This is stunning! You guys have really outdone yourselves! All the detail from the wood grain to the patterns on the plates, I can’t wait to get these items!
