Countryside Christmas Concept Drawings Revealed!

Hello Webkinz Newz readers, Ella McWoof here with a special report! Our artists here at Webkinz headquarters have been hard at work and I am pleased to show you the first set of concept drawings for the Countryside Christmas theme. This theme was chosen by the Webkinz Newz community to be this year’s holiday room theme and it will be available in the W-Shop for KinzCash from December 1 – 31.

Here’s another look at the concept drawing for the lamp post that will be included in this theme. The beautiful wreath is a nice touch:

Next up is the concept drawing for the Countryside Christmas wallpaper & flooring. I think they are stunning! Please feel free to leave your feedback and name suggestions for any of these items in the comments section below.

The final concept drawings I’ll be showing you today are the road tiles that will be included in this theme. I love that you can see tire tracks in the snow:

What do you think of this theme so far? Was it what you imagined? Remember, please feel free to leave your feedback and name suggestions in the comments section below and stay tuned for more Countryside Christmas concept drawings being released October 22nd.

This has been Ella McWoof reporting for Webkinz Newz.

I love the walls-they look like e-store because they’re so beautiful!

    Yes! These are cool!

The wallpaper/flooring look awesome! I am so glad you guys decided to go with walls/floors so this room can go inside and outside. I just wish there will be a dedicated ice skating pond. It looks like there are icy spots on the flooring but there should be a little pond to go with it! And the road tiles are great… but what will they lead to? A little wintery cottage? ;-)

Yay, they decided to make walls and floors for it! I don’t know if that was their plan all along, but I definitely came up with that idea before this theme even won B)

I did not vote for this theme, but the wallpaper and flooring make me love it and glad it won.

Love the wall paper. How’s Holiday Ranch sound?

  7. Spiderhulkman says:

I like that it says “Winter” without totally screaming “Christmas”

I’m so excited! first set of concept drawings!!! I love the wallpaper & flooring because it looks like the room is outside. I see those little lampposts peeking out in the wallpaper! The tiles are nice, but I would really like to see either a frozen pond (maybe one that your pet can skate on) or frozen stream tiles. Thanks, Webkinz Design Team! Thanks, Ella!

Wow, I did not expect to be so amazed by this theme! I wanted the Gingerbread theme to win but I am starting to really like this one! and I agree 100% with Ella! The wallpaper and flooring are STUNNING!

Yes, it’s great but I still NEEEEEEED a gingerbread/candy theme!!!

You will have a chance to get it, I think. In the most recent Podcast, Michael said that gingerbread items would be “popping up” at Christmastime. Prizes & gift box items & such, I imagine. We’re going to get this fabulous theme plus some gingerbread, too!

Well, there’s always the Sweets ‘n Treats theme in the Curio Shop. It has sort of a gingerbread house style wallpaper. And if the sweets ‘n treats flooring doesn’t feel enough like a gingerbread house, you could use first snow flooring as kind of a frosting floor, or if you have any Santakinz Workshop flooring, that works well too. Natural maple flooring wouldn’t look too bad either if you were looking for a cookie kind of base. It’s not exactly a gingerbread house theme, but with the right pieces, I’ll bet you could make a cool gingerbread room with those!
