Hello Webkinz Newz readers, Ella McWoof here with a special report! Our artists here at Webkinz headquarters have been hard at work and I am pleased to show you the first set of concept drawings for the Countryside Christmas theme. This theme was chosen by the Webkinz Newz community to be this year’s holiday room theme and it will be available in the W-Shop for KinzCash from December 1 – 31.

The final concept drawings I’ll be showing you today are the road tiles that will be included in this theme. I love that you can see tire tracks in the snow:

I love the flooring and the floor tiles! They could be called the Winter Wasteland Flooring, and the Icy Rutted Road. Are there going to be some trees? I would like to see one that doesn’t have any leaves, and another that is covered with snow. This will look great with a log cabin building kit!
Yes, I totally agree with her remark about the wallpaper and flooring being “stunning!” They’re really beautiful, and though this was not originally my favorite theme, I think it’s growing on me! :)
Wow! That wallpaper is so stunning! I can’t wait to be able to use it! Perhaps it could be called something like “Snowy Scene Wallpaper/Flooring.” I think that sounds lovely. Anyway, I love them! They’ll be perfect for designing a winter wonderland for my pets! I have an item suggestion–you mentioned earlier that there would be a toboggan hill in this theme. Can there be a toboggan that our pets can ride anywhere in the room that would match the toboggan on the hill? I think that that would be so much fun!

OH MY GOSH!!! This is BEAUTIFUL!!! Christmas is my favorite time of the year and I used to live in the countryside… reminds me of going in to town to see the lights with my parents when I was really young. <3
Snowy trees and bushes, please, and some snowy fence pieces that match the wallpaper’s fence. Thanks Webkinz. This is already like a dream-come-true.
The wallpaper and flooring ROCK! I do have a request though, could we have snowy floor tiles?
I really like the wallpaper, but the one drawback is that we are not able to add items to the wallpaper background. For instance near the snowmen it would be cute to put a few webkinz dressed for snow play, or the snowball catapult, or …well many other items and ideas. I realize we can put these items in the actual room but it would be fun to set up a 3D room using the wallpaper.
