Dear Ganz, I love all the things you provide for Deluxe members, I was lucky to become a Deluxe member a year ago. I have noticed a lot of webkinz friends who are not deluxe who are upset with the 3000 point give away for customer apperciation day. I love that you gave me extra points but I would like to donate my back to be given other non deluxe members. I have read comments on Webkinz newz and several people feel left out and feel offended. I would have to agree when it states customer apperication, all customers are the same. I know some people say not true I have over five hundred pets and I know my mom puts at least one hundred dollars each month for me to purchase estore items. But someone who has only two webkinz still deserves to be treated the same. So please reconsider your gift maybe you could give all customers the points as a gift to purchase from within the account so that they do not have to be deluxe. I know my mom says it is a selling point but you have to be fair.Again I would be happy to give my points back so that someone who can not become deluxe would have the points as we are all the same in the end. A customer that has one webkinz or five hundred webkinz they all should feel treated with the same apperication. After all I Webkinz is much like a family so please reconcider. Also, if your parents won’t allow you to go Deluxe. Those are the people you need to talk to! It’s not Ganz fault that they won’t let you. Perhaps let your parents know how important it is to you, and ask how you can maybe earn the money. Someone mentioned that the Deluxe people are spoiled. To me it sounds more spoiled to want something for free, and cry how unfair it is just because others have it. You’ll find that situation a lot in life! Might want to get used to it!
i do agree with wamos but i have to say that some people can save up for it but their parents still won’t let them use a credit card online. so stores should sell a code that kids can buy and use on their account to get a delux membership. That is why i don’t save for it is becaus emy parents wont let me use their card. So ganz you should let stores sell codes so webkinz users can use in the code shop to unlock the delux membership.
I realize many can’t afford deluxe. There are many things in the world that I can’t afford. That’s the way it goes. It sure wouldn’t be fair to people who do pay more if everyone got the same perks. This is the cheapest internet game around. You really only have to buy one pet a year to play! Sorry if you want all the perks of Deluxe for free, but life doesn’t work that way! Save your money and go deluxe if you want the perks of paying more.
hey ganz. some people can’t afford memberships and or their parents won’t let them get one. So you should have hourly things like… click here and get 1000 free points. Come on you won’t loose any money. come on please. I am sick and tired of these members getting special treatment. I am also tired of haveing so many cute pets that kids like me can’t buy. Or you should have things like trade in kionzcash for points. Come on it is just not fair!

Aw i have a 6-month Deluxe Membership :( But it is about to expire.
My deluxe is expiring on the 24th so this is NOT funny to the people who don’t have deluxe! All you care about is the deluxe people,You pamper the deluxe like, like, You threw away the non deluxe! Ugh! Treat them fair! Ok? Thank you if you do as we ask please. We are just trying to let you know what we want to make us happy! Bye!
im not veary happy because when ever i see something that says there giving away something and i click on it its never for eny one that doesnt have an exlousive membership and im never going to get a membership if enything its not going to be a year long one.

“Customer Appreciation Event”? Yeah right! This is so angering. I like the idea that if you adopt a pet you get points. Even though 3000 doesn’t really get much, it would add up for all the pets you get! Everybody, go to the suggestion section in the Newz (inside Webkinz, not here) and suggest to Ganz. These comments aren’t taken seriously by them here! Also, for those of you that are Deluxe and telling people to stop complaining, this is the one thing that I think people have a right to complain about! The Miss Birdy complaining was pointless but this has a Good reason. If anything, the Deluxe members telling people to buy Deluxe to be treated like Deluxe and complaining that WE are complaining, are spoiled and can’t appreciate everybody grouping together for a common purpose to voice their opinions! Like I said before, it’s great to see everybody commenting about this and working together. This is what Improves Webkinz! These comments are for a good purpose.
