    i bought the deluxe membership to and i think thats its great that ganz is giving us 3,000 estore points and all but when k bought the membership it said i would get a FREE mazin hamster and i didnt i mean it would be ok if they gave us the number of points that the hamster would cost so we could get it still get it free but they cant because the mazin hamster that we were going to get isnt even in the estore. Or ganz could have given us 7000 points so we could just buy another hamster and it would still would have been free tecnecally but any ways thanks for the free points i was just looking forward to a mazin hamster because i dont have any(i did end up buying one but i ought after i didnt get my free one)

    We’re still waiting for the items we bought at the webkinz e-store. Hey Ganz, where are the items? Or just give us back the 3000 e-points. Is your support still working? We never got a helpful answer! And yes, we have a “deluxe” membership.

    Thank you Ganz. Just logged onto the estore and saw I had 3,000 extra points. I wasn’t expecting it at all! I have deluxe but got it months ago so I wasn’t sure that it qualified but I guess it did~ Thanks again and Happy New Year!

    I am a deluxe member as well and only got my deluxe account for Christmas…I did not get any additional estore points today either? What is going on with this GANZ?

    I got my 3,000 eStore points because today is my b~day and that was my b~day present along with 15,000 extra points that was also a brithday gift. If it’s your Birthday hope you had a good one!

    Jennifer, I agree with you a hundred percent. Unlike half the people I know, I have eight Webkinz. All plushies. And it may be fifteen bucks to buy a dual pack of Webkinz at the local Target, but who pays two dollars on their credit card so that you/your kid can have a month of Deluxe? Ganz gives us regular members who PAY ten bucks a year just to access their website. I’ve been a member since 08. Everyone was the same three years ago. I liked Webkinz a lot better when WE WERE ALL JUST THE ON THE SAME LEVEL.

    I’m a deluxe member and I didn’t get any estore points. My friend is a deluxe member to and she didn’t get estore points either.

    CeeCee, if you were talking to me: My complaint was not of deluxe membership. I don’t want deluxe, I don’t care for it. My complaint was that deluxe members are being labeled as valued customers.

    I consider myself a “valued” customer. I may not be a “regular” estore customer but I’m definitely a “valued” Ganz customer/consumer.
    Since 2008 I have purchased somewhere in the neighborhood of 400 webkinz for myself and my children. Plus lipgloss, body spray, carriers, clothes for Webkinz and even kid’s t-shirts
    So I’m thinking the title “valued’”customer should not be limited to Deluxe Members and/or estore shoppers…..just sayin’!!!
