    Well you guys complain a lot about being a deluxe membership. i “Think” that the membership is :) Because if you have really good stuff that u can trade at the trading room trust me you get really cool items better than the ganz

    I agree if this is a customer appreciation event it should be for all members that are deluxe. Seems as if only customers that are being appreciated here are the ones who pay out the big dollars for the monthly membership, when your actually making more money of those of us who pay every month or every 3 months.

    I have made several times on contacting Support and haven’t received not even an email acknowledging that I have contacted them. Besides that I have yet to receive my 3000 estore points, then earlier tonight and I’m on CST I was going to buy a bunch of the Christmas items, but of course it would end @ 10:59 for me instead of 11:59, which I think is not right. I think it should be 11::59pm everyone’s time. So, I get everything in my cart and of course you have to go buy points instead of just paying for what you have in your cart. So, I buy points, but I didn’t have enough time to get $10 in more points because I had to purchase $100 in points, so I had to hurry and take something out so I could purchase it and when I went to press confirm, it came up saying nothing is in my cart. Believe me, I want my $100 back!! This is not fair! I might have been a second too late, but if it weren’t for the way you have things set up, I would have been able to purchase the items with no problem.

    Can you get the 3,000 estore points if you have any membership like 1 month 3 months or 6 months because if you can then that would be better

    I feel it is unfair for those of us that renew every year, have been deluxe since the beginning (april) and don’t get these bonuses. Why should I renew now and lose 4 months of deluxe that I already paid for? this should be for ALL deluxe members, not just a select few and I know people who got the email and points who are deluxe and have NOT renewed….Ganz, fix this
