    I have had a deluxe membership since the Deluxe memberships started but apparently I won’t get the free 3000 points because my current membership doesn’t expire until May, and renewing now won’t extend it. My grandmother also paid for my two cousins to get monthly Deluxe until my membership is renewed, at which time we can include them as annual members. I love my Deluxe membership and I am very fortunate that my grandmother buys almost everything ever offered in the estore but I really feel for those who love Webkinz but can’t afford to be Deluxe, or even buy from the estore. There are a lot of people who are really hurting financially right now and even Ganz need to think of them as they are loyal Webkinzites too.

    if it is “customer appretiation” customer: EVERYONE who has a webkinz account is a customer INCLUDING deluxe appretiation: if you appretiate your customers so much, why don’t you give them estore points?? and be fair with the deluxe ADVANTAGES!

    I agree with DDRGirl.for only updating the overpriced stuff but never the stuff people can actually afford.I’ve begged my mom millions of times if I could have some Estore Points to buy a new webkinz,but when she sees the price I always get that word…No.This is unfair,.Well,back to the point,your prices are unfair,and its breaking our little hearts.

    I plan to renew my deluxe for another year. We just keep having a few problems. It keeps saying to go back and review my payment information.I really hope we can get it to work tonight. I want those points and a Chili hamster!

    i agree with mrs cookies. my parents are extremely strict. and besides we are valued buyers too we pay money for the stuffed animals and accessories we should be able to get a little sometin somethin.

    I agree with DDRGirl. That is so unfair. Me and my little sister cant afford deluxe membership. And besides deluxe members already get exclusive and free stuff why should they get a bunch of free coins that if you dont have a deluxe account they cost money. they all ready have a bunch of estore stuff.
