Ganz, come on, please consider ALL the people out there who can’t afford deluxe membership! Or maybe their families won’t allow them.
I know I have nothing to do with this but, you are getting tons of money already, and offering things to people who buy 1 year deluxe membership is going a little to far.In my view, if you deleted deluxe membership in webkinz, I would buy 40,000 ganz e store points!

I sort of wish I was a Deluxe member! But my parents and I can not afford it! It’s SO NOT FAIR! Every body has a Deluxe membership except the ones who can’t afford it! They get every thing!
Why is it that Ganz only cares about deluxe people! They get all the fun and neat stuff! And a lot of deluxe people I know are really mean. They think they are the greatest people in the world! It’s not fair! And now, Ganz is offering them more?!? What about the people who can’t get a deluxe membership? there are a lot of users out there who want an account, but there parents won’t let them, or they can’t afford it. I say Ganz should stop with all the deluxe and e-store stuff, and start thinking about the users who don’t have those.
i hate the deluxe and estore stuff!!! why did you come up with it anyway??!! it’s only a way to spend your money on things that YOU can’t play with, and when something goes wrong and you lose it then you can’t get your money back!!!!!!! my mom and dad won’t let me be deluxe or even get estore points! if i could get 20,000 estore points for free then they wouldn’t mind it so much!!!!

I have an ideal why not just have a Deluxe Day!! It could be held in several places one being the park where Mr. Moo would be at his ice cream truck giving away free ice creams. Or since it is winter maybe hot coco, maybe Miss Bird could hand out cookies, there would be a winterfestival of lights around trees, sleding, a ferris wheel ride, a merry go round ride, have all kinds of games that you could win estore money or kinz cash or new and upcoming items to estore, like use ballon pop to reward gifts. it would be a carnival. Now only Deluxe members can attend and they can bring one not deluxe member as a guest. at the end of the festival each person would either get estore points to shop with or an estore item that they pick from say four items. I know my sisters and I have friends that do not have deluxe memberships and that would mean we could bring three friends to enjoy the party what do you guys think?
First regarding to mommysbabe19 comment, you will get the 3,000 estore points I believe because you are a current member. It says if you are a Deluxe memeber on Jan 3 or b4, then you will get them. It doesn’t say when you need to redeem them by, which is not very clear!!
I agree with a lot of you about Customer Appreciation. We all are customers and we all should be awarded for each account that we have, Deluxe or Not. I personally do have 4 Family Deluxe Memberships, but since I used the same email address, I will only get a one time 3,000 points instead of getting it 4 times. People that buy the Deluxe do put a lot of money out and I totally understand because believe me, the only reason we have these is because I took these as my birthday and Christmas present and saved other money to get them because I really like being a deluxe member. If they wouldn’t have given another deal (which of course is no way as good as it was b4 for the family membership, we wouldn’t even have one left because I definitely would not have renewed).
I think we do need a better explanation on this. Will the points go to our email address and if so, when do they have to be redeemed by?
Also, are there going to be any other promo code offers?
I have a suggestion why not just gift each member a gift from estore. That way everyone is treated fairly and there would be no hard feelings. I understand why Ganz did it, they just want to thank those memebers who are deluxe and pay yearly. But to some people it will only look hurtful. So why not just gift everyone and item from estore then no one can complain. and by everyone I mean all current members. One other thing my fellow Webkinz Family, keep in mind Ganz is not trying to hurt anyones feelings, they are only trying to show how greatful they are to everyone who purchased and renewed the Deluxe Membership. My dear Family do not take everything as a personal insult as it is not meant to be. Enjoy Webkinz have fun.
I have an idea, why not hold customer appreciation day and award 3000 eStore points to everyone the points as a gift in their account. I agree to show appreciation you have to treat all of us equally. I know alot of my friends are not as lucky as I am to have a mom and dad who place points on my account. Also if there is a concern about the webkinz owners who do not have an estore account I know my mom gives us gifts we enter in the code and can shop from with in our own account. I know I would gladly share half of my points to a Webkinz family member who is unable to buy estore points. What if we all give half of the 3000 to another member who would not receive the points? By the Way Thank you Ganz for the wonderful offer. And please everyone remember that this is a gift not a purchase Ganz did not have to offer anything.
