Is the email on the Webkinz Youtube account the one were supposed to send an email to? I was one of the winners and when they responded they looked like they had no idea what I was talking about.
You’ll need to send a direct message to the YouTube Channel, not reply to the email. Instructions were left as a reply to your original comment on the YouTube video.
I still haven’t received my prize yet. :/

I would’ve loved to have entered this contest, but I’m not allowed to have a YouTube account so…. :/ I kinda wish the contest was available to all of us and we could’ve just commented below this article instead of doing it on YouTube because then I, along with others whose parents won’t allow them to have a YouTube account, could have entered this contest as well.
