Hi Fiona, I have another question about the ganzworld rewards. Is there a way we can get past items? When I click here to see the webkinz ganzworld reward items they look like they’re old items and I can’t click on any to get some of them…I would love to. – kiwicat

Thanks for writing, kiwicat! The selection of items available in the GanzWorld rewards section will change up for time to time, and I’m sure you’ll see some of your old favorites back again.

Hi Fiona, I was wondering, are there any plans to add more games to Webkinz Mobile? Like, maybe some older games? I would love to see some games like Ant Mania and home before dark on there! Of course, I know the app is free, so I understand if it would be pushing it to add more games. I was just wondering though, and I thought I’d ask. :) – ilovemoonie

Just between you and me, I’d love to see some of my favorite games on Webkinz Mobile! I hear that they’re working on just that. Keep your eyes on Webkinz Newz, as they’ll be announcing it there first!

Dear Fiona, My question concerns the new “pet choosing” option. I have over 150 pets and the choosing only goes to 100 pets. Is there any plans to fix this problem? I have been with Webkinz as a Deluxe member for several years and have spent a considerable amount of money to play Webkinz the way I would like to play. It seems like these “New” changes are making some things worse, not better. The Search feature doesn’t even work to try to search for a particular pet. I don’t have all day to go room to room in my large house to search for individual pets. At least with the old way you could flip through the book and find all your pets. This will probably not get answered but at least I got to vent. Hope things improve soon. Thanks – trexji2013

Hi, trexji2013! I just wanted to let you know that we hear you and we’re working on improving the new “Choose Your Pet” interface. While it may only load the first 100 at first, it’s supposed to load the next 100 when you get to the end of the list, and so on. Our technical wizards are working on that, and the order that the pets are shown, and the search functionality. It should be up to snuff soon, and you won’t have to go hunting for your pets!
