hi! here’s a question i have had for some time–what is the PURPOSE of the zingoz dunk tank event frequently in the daily pull-down, as all it ever does is award the same insignificant amount of kinzcash & there’s no incentive for a prize or trophy….rather lame event for my one vote! ty, -kaye10

Dear Fiona: My father told me that Adobe Flash has just announced the end of flash player in 2020. I know that the flash player is a critical component of Webkinz. Is Webkinz doing something to make the transition so that the site can keep running? It would break my heart if I couldn’t see my Webkinz anymore!! – pinkiecupcake
Don’t worry, pinkiecupcake — there is a plan in place to make sure that Webkinz World will be around for a long time, on mobile and on desktop computers, with or without Adobe Flash.

Thanks for your question, KayPlotts! Since we updated KinzPost, you will get the message to join the party if you’re in your room when the party starts. You no longer reply to the invitation.

Hi, Fiona–are you ready for Fall? I sure am, I love the cooler weather (and all the Fall holidays. And pumpkins! lol) I have a question about Fairy Falls, though: I finally found the last charm to complete my collection, and the grand prize looks like it’s a tiara…but it wasn’t awarded (I’ve searched my dock several times). Is this a glitch? Or maybe I’m looking in the wrong place? I remember another player had the same question, but I may have missed the answer. Thanks for answering our questions! :-)
So will there still be Kinzpost letters telling you in advance what time the party will be? How will your friends know to be in their rooms at the right time?
Hey, Fiona – I’ve made an entry for the KVA uniform share center contest, but when I tried to enter my designs, it didn’t work. I was able to type in a name and description, but when I clicked the “browse” button to pick an file from my computer, nothing happened. I tried to use different browsers (Safari and Chrome), and my Adobe Flash is working. The files are all in JPEG form, too. Please help, I really want to enter this contest as I worked hard on the designs for a long time! Thank you!
If the browse button isn’t working, then the Flash plug-in has been turned off for that site. Being able to log in to Webkinz World doesn’t mean that Flash is enabled on every site you visit, and many browsers will turn it off automatically. In Chrome, you can click on the little “i” in the address bar to check whether Flash is enabled for the page.

I’m playing over 10 years and many times hit just in a middle, in a past if you hit middle point you got extra 5KC, but never knew that it is award in this game. What actually you have really to do to get it? If you’re talking about luck, I would never got it even if I would play another 10 years!
I wish you would add a “Sorry I missed your party” letter to the Kinzpost area. I always feel bad if I miss one and want to let my friends know.
Yes! I’ve been thinking that for so long now! I have gotten stuck with the loading message so many times, and I can hardly ever actually “show up” in the party. I would love that to be a message that we can choose in Kinzpost.
There is a glitch on the mobile app; when I fulfill a pet request it does not acknowledge any of them, even if I do it twice. Please fix!
I noticed this too. Sometimes I only get 13 pet points instead of the 25 I used to get, as well. It should clear the request if you finish it, but it will continue to count down and it gives you that sad look if you change pets. It works ok on the web, though. Also, if you are playing Goobers Lab for that request and you fail to meet the goal it freezes the game.
I’ve been noticing that also this week. If I’m on the mobile app, I fulfill the request, exercise and feed the pet, hurry and put them to bed and then log out before they can get sad. Then I log back in and do it all again with the next pet. I’m finding it very tedious, but sometimes mobile is all I can use when the computer is not available. :p Oh and I didn’t know about the Goober’s Lab freeze – thanks for the heads up!
Maybe BECAUSE the game is so simple, GETTING the trophy is difficult. ^-^

I have been playing webkinz since the beginning. I have never won the dunk trophy, I did not know there was one! I do have a problem with Woodland Wonders. I have played every day for many many years and still need one more to complete the collection. Guess my account is not the luckiest. Please help Sally.
I never knew there was a trophy for Dunk the Zingoz, either–and I dunk every day, lol. Well, I guess I learn something new every day. :-) I had the same problem with Fairy Falls…took me forever to get that last charm… Hang in there, it’ll happen. It just seems to take a long time for the last one.
My log Ride doesn’t work and the barn bed I got withe my cow no longer counts fami;y score points. Will these ever get fixed. Thers also another item that doen’t work can’t rember the name it’s the high dive that looks like a circus tent. Hope you get all the broken items fixed soon my pets miss playing on them.
I get the feeling that Webkinz is not aware of ALL of the items not working or missing. Maybe we should send an email to support and list the ones we need fixed. I’ve only had a few fixed after two years.
They only know if people send in a message to support. There are so many things going on in Webkinz World that it’s hard for them to know unless players are telling them. And if only one or two people are experiencing it, it isn’t a priority. So, if people are all having issues they would contact Webkinz support and let them know or it might never get prioritized.
